I have a Dell laptop. Last year, just out of warranty, it stopped working. I took it to a computer repair shop on the south coast and was told that it was not economical to repair , and would I like to buy a new one in the shop? I could not afford it, so paid £25 to have data recovered to a disc, and put unusable laptop in a cupboard. Due to the excellent free advice I have previously received from NCRC Beeston, I took it in to see if anything could be done. They Fixed It!! In 10 minutes, and with no charge, even refusing the offer of a cash "drink" with my gratitude for saving me the cost of a new laptop. It works perfectly now. More: As the installed anti-virus software was out of date, I went back and bought excellent AVG software. I had problems installing it, but NCRC had no problem in taking 2 phone calls from me and guiding me through installation. It still would not install so I popped back in (try doing all this at a national retailer) and they phoned AVG for me and sorted the problem (which was not caused by AVG or NCRC, but by the way I had set up my computer) I also installed it into my PC, so two computers protected for £30! Brilliant value and brilliant service of two visits and two phone calls, nothing too much trouble, and an outstretched and much deserved £20 note flatly refused because of their pride in their customer service. Why go anywhere else?

I'd had problems with my PC for months - slow response, freezing etc. In desperation I took it to NCRC where they quickly diagnosed the problems and gave me a quote (not an estimate) for repair. In addition they were happy to offer advice and discuss the options available. Because of the severity of the problems and the age of the PC, I opted to have a new PC built to a high spec. The work was completed within a couple of days, and as a bonus, all my files and software were loaded to the new PC. The price was much lower than I would have expected and the service throughout has been friendly, efficient and personal. I am absolutely delighted with my new PC, and the after-sales service has been top class. As a non-technical person, I have had to ask for help and guidance, and all my queries have been answered in terms I can understand. I wish all businesses were as good in terms of price and service. I have no hesitation in recommending NCRC to anyone. Ian M

Told my pc was Kaput as I had cooked my CPU (my own fault) but the guys there got all my data back and installed a new mother board and bits and bobs and now i have a fantastic pc running like a dream really fast with all my old data back again. A lot cheaper than buying a new pc and twice as fast now - Thank you all guys for putting me back to rights and for the excellent service you gave me and at such a reasonable price as well, I will be back again and will be telling all my friends about how good you are. Beeston is so lucky to have suck a friendly and competent computer GURU service to hand. Good Luck and thanks again for the excellent service

NCRC is definitely a very good place. I've been taking my problems there for about 3 years (since I had my first computer) .They have always been really helpful I have just bought a new laptop from them, they brought it to my home, set up my broadband and even downloaded a few drivers for me (at 79 it's nice to be looked after) I just wouldn't consider going any where else. John

Went in with what turned out to be a minor problem. Fixed it in about two seconds and gave me plenty of free advice. Never had any major work done there but they seem incredibly capable and eager to provide a high quality service. Don't get a new PC/Laptop when these guys might be able to save your current one.

Last night my computor developed a fault. The staff at the repair centre spent half an hour on the phone to me helping me step by step to try and resolve the problem. Ultimately I could not do it but they were extemely helpful and proffesional. I have used them on a couple of occasions and they are brilliant and extremly quick, the pricing is very fair too
